Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Tarp Co.!

We offer refunds for returns initiated within 30 days of receipt of your purchased items, less a 15% restocking fee. If you initiate a return more than 30 days since your purchase was delivered, you will not be offered a refund of any kind.

Eligibility for Return

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • Only regularly stocked priced items may be returned, items marked as close-out inventory cannot be returned.

Return Process

  • Before returning the item, request a return authorization by submitting our Contact Us form.

  • Without proper return authorization, we may not be able to identify your returned item and process a refund.

  • Include the return authorization form you are provided with the item.


  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Using the same box and/or other shipping materials to send the returned item is advised.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  • We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund after several business days, first check your bank or credit card account to see if the refund appears as pending.

  • If the refund does not appear as a pending item, contact a representative for your bank or credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
